I'm cooking a pork loin in my slow cooker. I seasoned it with Gateway to the North Maple-Garlic seasoning from the Spice House, browned it, put it on top of some cut-up butternut squash (later to be turned into a puree) in the crockpot, deglazed the pan with white wine, poured THAT in, and I hope to have a tasty meal in time for lunch
